Manraj Waraich
Manraj completed her Human Resources degree through the University of Alberta’s School of Business. She completed her Certified Educator in Personal Finance Designation in August 2017. She has over 7 years of experience in adult education, developing curriculum for various workshops and webinars, change-management, and experience in workplace evaluation and development. She has presented at various conferences and has served on expert panels at Families Supporting Adults with Mental Illness Alberta, CPHR, and the University of Alberta. Manraj is passionate about inspiring others to better themselves and reach their full potential. She enjoys building connections throughout the community while making a meaningful impact.
Divleen Kang
Divleen holds a BComm in Human Resource Management from the University of Alberta. With over 7 years of experience in Human Resources Management, including 5 years in the Benefits industry, she has a comprehensive understanding of compensation reviews, performance management, and employee retention. Divleen is passionate about researching and implementing HRIS systems for different companies, as she recognizes that each company has a unique set of needs specific to their employees. While studying International Business in Vienna, Divleen travelled to over 22 countries. She developed skills in understanding diversity and inclusion by being immersed in a variety of different cultures.
